Purchased a few RV's in the last 5 years. I also read all of the google reviews, good and bad. I purchased from the large dealers everything from a Class A, travel trailer, to a Fifth wheel. I was treated by Sean and Atlantic RV Better than General RV and the other which I will remain nameless. The negotiation was fair, and the time Sean gave to me was excellent! He tried very hard, which include sending us to the other location to help my wife and I settle on the one for us. The delivery process was excellent as they had me ready to go, and fixed any details on the spot I felt needed to be addressed. My wife was happy!! therefore "I am happy". The Atlantic RV team all the way up to the owner were part of this transaction, and we say "Thank you to all" See you again! I certainly recommend them to anyone in the market.

Revised*** now we have been in the RV the repairs made are failing. The board that was replaced is poorly done. Owner your response is interesting. It does not change the fact the job was poorly done. RV (originally bought from them) went in for repairs it took them over a month. The communication on how the repairs were going and estimated finish time was practically non existent. I would get answers vague excuses on why there were no updates. Often delays were blamed on "lack of help". Finally the RV was finished and I am finding things broken and damaged probably from pulling out the slide. It's mostly trim and none of the electric on the main slide. They did pull the kitchen dinette like we had asked and they were nice on the phone even when making excuses. 😒 . So pleasant to deal with but not at the same time. I will be finding another shop and not returning.
