I am still waiting, was told last week the adjustor's ar just catching up they had a huge backlog was told if I don't hear anything by tomorrow to call back so tomorrow afternoon I will be calling again so they can just tell me I'm waiting for the adjustor.. I haven't received any unemployment stimulus is gone to pay back and current rent. This delay is stopping me from getting help if they deny me I could at least get the pandemic unemployment not as much but it would pay my rent.

Call and follow the prompts for customer service, you have to call right when they open, no later than 9a.m. then wait for a rep to come on the line or press the correct button to have them call you back, if you don't want to wait on hold, then when you speak to someone, ask for a supervisor, make sure you keep track of who you speak to, and what they tell you, as that information will be handy so they're not doing or saying the same thing over and over, getting nowhere. That's the only thing I can think of to do. I hope this helps at least a little bit. I know it's frustrating .
