You can get one easily on Craigslist for the $30 deed transfer fee. Dues are currently $875 a year with a $3 a day usage fee to cover electric, water, and sewage. If you get the deed directly from Indian Cove, I believe it's $1000 and covers the deed and also the first year's dues.
