Positive: Location and staff at checkin was very friendly. Negative: This place was absolutely filthy. Outlets didn't work. Someone's left overs still in fridge. Used bar of soap still in shower. Tub with dirt still in it. Microwave with big food splatters in it. Had to go buy cleaning stuff to clean my own room.

Let’s start first with saying if I could rate this dump a 0 I would, the better choice would be pitch w tent on the boardwalk probably be cleaner. The staff don’t care here to scam you outta your money worst place I have ever been too and the price is outrages for the quality you get they look at you side eyed when your polite and ask to see another room cause yours is trashed. They agree show us another room witch was even worse then ares never would I ever recommend someone to stay here and or will I stay here again. Absolutely filthy, disappointed, with the amount of money people spend on these rooms you’d expect a place to be okay and this is far from that.

one of the cheapest oceanfront hotels i could find during the month of june, balconies with a nice ocean view, a private bedroom, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and living room area. within walking distance of a lot of the stores and activities…. but NOT worth the price. first off, the hotel STINKS in the hallways & elevators. it smelled the last time i stayed here a year ago.. you’d think they would’ve solved that issue by now. as soon as we were about to go in our room, there was a piece of toilet paper sticking from out the bottom of the door. there were little crumbs and debris on the carpet as if it wasn’t properly vacuumed. mirrors were dirty & crooked. when we arrived, both the tvs were on and the remote was thrown on the couch like someone/one of the housekeepers were JUST in there chilling & watching it. the bedroom TV was crooked and neither remotes worked.. couldn’t change the volume or turn the TVs off. there was an overall lack of cleanliness in the hotel but i ALWAYS clean & disinfect any hotel room i stay in to make me feel more comfortable. even though there were various things wrong with the hotel, it doesn’t take much to make me happy & i still enjoyed my stay.

I thought it was going to be a good hotel. NOPE! Blood splatters, mold, unsanitary rooms, elevator reeking of urine, and no pool! I even found a dead body. DO NOT BUY A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!! No refunds, must pay parking fee, and DISGUSTING ROOMS! I advise not buying a room there. The pictures are a lie about the rooms. The only "good" thing about this hotel is the view on the highest floor. Do not ever go there!
