Because they Rob you at this hotel
You have to rent at least by the week to get a decent rate and you have to at least book online
The rates are based on a day-to-day basis between bookings and capacity so some days the rates are higher than other dates because they are less booked but either way best deal nicest place in the area for the amount that they are charging
Its also because they base there price on the amount of people there, so when its summer its more when its snow bird season it should be less. I will say though if it is that big of a difference I would say something to someone.
