Wow! What a difference! I swore I'd never go back after our horrible visit (the waitress was awful and the food wasn't much better) but my husband loves this place so... It all depends on who you get as a waitress, and who's in the kitchen, I guess. We were greeted by a cheerful Molly and saw the waitress who'd last served us and asked NOT to be seated in her section. Molly completely understood and seated us in Julie's section. That visit could not have been better and I am actually looking forward to going back. However...if I DON'T see Molly or Julie, I'll be on my guard again and keep my fingers crossed that I'll get a decent meal, let alone decent service.

Server was courteous and helpful. However food was warm not hot, took a long time to get. Had to request it be reheated. Their sauce had a bit too much black pepper for my taste. An ok experience, not great.

Food was great. The cashier a younger girl didn't look like she liked her job. Was not very pleasant her face said it all because she didn't talk.

Love it there
Walk in with a face mask on, once you get to your table you're free to take your face mask off. Tables are sanitized and cleaned after each and every guest. Social distancing is encouraged due to them strictly enforcing the "6ft rule". Bob Evans is a great place to dine in or take out. Great food, great staff with exception to the general manager Rex, he's extremely unapproachable. Other than that, you're in good hands.
