After a week Staying here I want to mention the front staff who has been nothing but polite to myself and family . Danielle, Leslie, and Brenda . They go above and beyond their pay grade and deserve a raise for their customer service. The maintenance guy in which I do not know his name and the house. ☆cleaner who have all been great. Thank you for the service you don't find in many places. I highly recommend staying here . Here is 10 stars for each employee ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I checked in around 8pm and the young hispanic lady there was very friendly and helpful. I was alone and a little uncomfortable with guests sitting outside their rooms on the floor smoking by my room and throughout hotel. The rooms were average, but it was really disappointing to see cheap bedspreads with cigarette burns on both beds, lifting carpet from the bathroom area to the beds, and stained counter tops and floors. I only stayed here one night, but with what i paid for one night around $100, plus $100 refundable deposit, they should maintain better standards and buy new bedspreads. The beds were comfortable, pillows were duds, and towels were clean. There was a pool that looked clean and nice, but i didn't use it.

I just love Danielle. She is the front desk manager. She has been there for years. She always has a smile on her face. She is so very helpful for new and returning customers. If you have any issues, questions, comments or concerns, she is more than willing to help you with anything you are needing. She isn't there just for the pay check. She really enjoys people and had great communication skills. She is very professional and loves her job but loves her customers more. Thank you Danielle for all you do for the company you work for but most of all that you for all you do for me and thousands of customers.

First, they require a $100 per night deposit, if you have cash and your room is ok the next morning, you get your cash back. The first room they were going to put us in smelled wet, musty, moldy. The next room was better, but still not great. The bedding had holes in it from past smokers. The whole building is supposed to be non smoking now. The new room they put us in had the bathroom updated, but, mold is showing in the corners on the ceiling in the bath room. There were live roaches we found later. Go elsewhere.

Because a pasco county hotel will fluctuate to the in and out revolving door of people who do no good there
I believe it is open at 6am. Cereal and oats. Very limited breakfast.

Beds are made everyday unless DND sign hung. But changing the bedding everyday on the same stay would be costly and nobody changes their beds at home every day either. I found the staff very professional and efficient during my stay.
Yes if using a credit card you get back was there 4 days last may no problems very clean
