I have a 15lb mix ,he is panting, throwing up for 12 hr now ,gums are pale ,nose is dry yes he has keep water down for now. Any suggestions

Your dog needs to go to an emergency hospital. Go to Boston Rd , or up to VESH in South Deerfield
