This location closed the lobby at 7pm? Is this a franchise owner decision or was it that the night shift wasn't having it?

I figured as much. We had a group there last night and we got the boot from the lobby at 7pm. We paid for drinks and we're just meeting with three people. Thank you all for the answers !
