How much for a room if available?
Our business line is used when we post Rooms for Rent in the local paper or online. We haven't had any vacancies for well over a 8 months and in that time ceased posting such ad's. I apologize if the voice machine claims we have units still available. Typically if all rooms are rented we remove any message.
Unfortunately we are full up at the moment. Vacancies will be posted to craigslist.
Units range $140-$200 a week depending on size
Rent is due weekly, so the monthly rate depends on the price of the unit multiplied by the amounts a weeks in the month. For example: if your weekly rent is 100$ on the months with 5 weeks you owe 500$, on the months with 4 weeks you would owe 400$. The building has a total of 6 bathrooms which are shared, they are not in the units. Tenancy must be at least six months and can be renewed. The size of the units vary from small single units to double units.
