No worries- no fee now and dogs are okay as of September 16th.
No charge after labor day ,last weekend I see dogs on the beach, I don't think it's a problem.
I don't think so, but it's been awhile scenes I been there after Labor day... As for the dog, I believe it's fine, as I believe snack bar and life guard r off duty.. asking as you clean up after the pup
