Negative experience from start to finish. Reception and nurse staff is rude. Primary care and entire VA system has been ignoring my request for a cancer scan for 4 years. Everytime I go in its news to them that I've had cancer... but thats what happens when they toss your private medical records in the trash... also I've requested a new primary care over 2 years ago due to the flat out neglect, still nothing...

I have been visiting this clinic since it opened. I have been treated by professionals and I can say only good things about all of the people I have encountered at the Hyannis clinic. I feel very fortunate that they are there.

It's a limited facility, but meets the needs of some basic services. PCP, medical prescriptions, and a handful of mental health programs are readily available. If you need anything outside of that, you'll need to get your PCP to provide a referral, some of which can be done over phone if it falls under "we can't provide that to you at Hyannis." Some of these reviews really play to the old trope that the VA is evil, there are plenty of services provided if you take the time to pursue them. I think some of these other guys just expect stuff to drop on their lap for them.
