I literally used to live there and I do miss it but there is some disadvantages and advantages but it's basically where I grew up for the most part when I was of an infant I was living on a different apartment when I was around like one or two

Truth! It has good sides and bad sides! but overall it's a good place.

Is there a garage available or some sort of covered parking? Is smoking allowed? Are washer and dryers in the unit or are there coin operated ones.

They have washers on the main floor that everyone uses. You reload a card to use them. No to your other questions

They do but that's going to depend on your personal income. You'd have to find that our yourself with housing.
