Go to any other Louis Vuitton in the world or drive to Orange County or Palm Desert if you really want your Louis Vuitton purchases. I’m a loyal LV customer of over 40 years now and the last 2 years at this store has been the worst. The Management team here should be fired. I’ll buy online or go to a LV store that appreciates my business before I ever go back to this store. GO TO GUCCI next store …they know how to treat customers.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service. Dropped off a bag for repair on the 2nd day of the month with an estimated pick up of 2 weeks. They never contacted and followed up with an update. 4 weeks in I called the customer service and they casually informed me it will be end of the year (5 month away repair estimate now!!). I am very sensitive to Covid manufacturing challenges, but a simple fix for a $2k plus bag and NOT even receiving a courtesy update is just not ok to go unnoticed.

Use the website. They are very busy and there is always usually a very long line. You can also just show up about 10 to 15mins before they open... there's usually only a handful of people waiting.
Any Luis Vuitton would do it. Great service. They exchanged my defective product for a brand new one or anything the same price.
Take it in to the store.
You can if it's an authentic Louis Vuitton you can take it to any Louis Vuitton store
