Set an appointment to come in and install new computer. The day of I noticed it disappear from my invoice so I went there and sure enough they said oh the part didn’t come in…so no one bothered to tell me? I had to go in to find out only to leave with nothing done to the car. This place is a joke I’d go somewhere else.

Took more than expected to fix some cosmetic issues with my new model y. Have to take my vehicle to the tsc a second time for one issue they can’t verify… Three times is a charm. Finally got my door hinge problem resolved.

I had my Tesla Model S serviced here twice. Both times fell well below expectations. I was told that my service would only take 1 day, as parts are stocked locally. Over two weeks later and I am still waiting for parts. Overall customer service and attitude of the employees is unfriendly and not very approachable.

After being rescheduled multiple times by Tesla , finally I could get an appointment for my Tesla x 2022 model repair. From the first day I got the car the microphones were not working right and nobody could hear me. Long story short Tesla kept my car for one week, did not give me a loaner car until third day after pushing really hard for it. And all the car apparently need was a software reset, so they kept the car for a week for a 20 min repair. The only reason I could get the car before then was me texting and pushing everyday. They are very understaff and people working there were not communicating to each other or to you. Overall very disappointed with the service and how complicated and lengthy a simple repair was. I can’t imagine what will happen if the car has actual serious problem.
