Jim Kerrigan is the ultimate professional. Mr. Kerrigan was impressive how her dealt with the chaos of a busy lobby, long line and customers ahead of me who needed assistance. When it was my turn in line, Mr.Kerrigan got me in a rental car fast and was very helpful with answering my questions. I'm not sure my experience would have been as stress free and simple if it wasn't for the help of Mr. Kerrigan.
