Fuel Assistance is one of the WORST assistance programs to apply for, but necessary if you are poor. The hours are terrible (I have to take time off from work [and getting paid] to go apply), they ALWAYS lose documentation, and the past few years, it has taken OVER FOUR MONTHS to see any assistance. This program is in dire need of streamlining.

Utility bills, social security cards and birth certificates of everyone on account, i.d for everyone on account

What if 1 of the persons that will be on the account doesn’t have a current identification card. He is disabled but doesn’t need a identification card for any reason.
