There were people tubing last week in the center if the pond. Edges are shallow and a lot of rocks in areas. There are a couple of boat launch areas.

I'm going to say no because the lake that's part of Burlingame can not be accessed by jet skis theres no launch. I'm sure theres areas near by you can access though.
