There is a bike rack by the campground store ( playgrounds), and somewhere else i think. Possibly one by the lake.. But there isn't much of fencing in the park. Along some bathrooms perhaps. Other than that - picnic tables and trees on sites.
There are bike racks in several places in the campground. I know that there is one at the camp store and one by the recreation center/arcade for sure and I believe by the bath house as well in legiontown area.
You could lock it to a fence or a tree or a picnic table or a post at one of the bathrooms
don't know if there any bike racks to lock your bike up onto but i can't see any reason why you couldn't lock it to any of the thousands of trees, every single campsite has mature trees on it
