Ugh....ok I will share what I know.... there's only 10 RMV's open if you can afford it and your insurance agent provides the service pay him/her the fee to get your replacement title. If that's not an option you need to start the process online, you might be able to complete it online but I doubt it. Is it a commercial plate? If yes understand that there is only 2 Open RMV site's for commercial/business. Either way you can't do anything at the RMV without an appointment.... I can't stress this enough if you're agent provides the service pay the fee.... save your self hours and hours. And if not you'll need to schedule an appointment online I suggest checking every RMV within driving range... you'll understand once you start the process. Good luck m8
