I've been meaning to write this review for a long time! I have been going to Gilbert for all of my watch issues since I have lived in fall river. He is an expert, and honest and fair! I am glad there are still some true craftsmen still left in this city!

What a great find, a small family jeweler!! I love family businesses! my wife and I bought our wedding bands here and getting one to fit with her engagement ring turned out to be a challenge. It had to be custom ordered. No problem, except it would take 4 to 6 weeks to make and the wedding was in 3 weeks. What happened, they made us a silver duplicate of the wedding band and had it ready for the ceremony! The custom band did end up taking the full 6 weeks to arrive and we just got it. My wife LOVES it! the ring is exactly what she wanted (so is the silver one, by the way) Both wedding bands are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with Gilbert Jewelers!
