To re-instate your license is very vague as there is a lot of variables in that question. You SHOULD go online and create an account, verify what you have received in the mail and ensure that you have all the information you need. Then while you are on the RMV site I suggest you book an appointment for whatever the next step in your reinstatement process is. u can try goin online to make an apt I believe u have to go to the registry for that but not positive .. Massachusetts registry.com can give u the exact answers
