Is the store physically handicapped friendly...do they have carts?

There is an elevator to the store on the 3rd floor. But then only stairs inside the store and no there are no carts. Good luck!

No elevator in the actual store. Only stairs.

It was difficult to get around because it was so packed. But worth it! I could have spent a full day there! If you have to use a wheelchair, I would say it is not friendly. There are people who can help get material for you, though.
