The director DOTTY is the main one dealing pills, and hustling homeless people for any valuables they may have in there possession. This place praises racism by favoring there preference of people that can be manipulated. If you don't fall for there CONSPIRACY's they will find ways to get rid of you. Bulling, threats by other clients, etc. Not a SAFE environment, especially if your a person of color.
