Answer the phone. I've called everyday this week, and last. Monday - Friday multiple hours throughout the day. It is quite clear that either no one is working the phone or that the people doing so simply do not answer. I have such a simple question about a parking ticket that tells me I can pay online...but of course...online...it tells me that I can not pay online...or that the ticket might not even exist...Please figure it out!

Steven Pare press conference about violence in the City of Providence was a joke. If the police department actually did there job and arrested ATV riders, gunman and thief's we would actually decrease crime. But instead the police do nothing but site in police cars, drink coffee and perform side useless construction duties. Pare needs to refund his absurd $106,333 pension for lack of performance in his duty as the Providence public safety director and his time a Colonel of the State Police. We need to change the union thinking of the old boy network of people like Pare. Such a disgrace.
