Staff generally are very good. Office staff, however, could be more professional. My mom's medical records from another doctor were lost, and the office was chaotic.

Lifespan facilities in general are outstanding because of their employees "in the trenches of the chaos" and especially during this horrific pandemic that has taken so many lives. I can not say enough, about all those individuals, professional that are face to face with their patients on a daily basis, and have continued to selflessly sacrifice so much for others.
