Initial/Move-in Inspections CMHA will schedule the initial inspection of the unit as soon as possible (but no later than ten calendar days) after receipt of a Request for Tenancy Approval Form and Lease. The unit must be ready for inspection at the time RTA is received by CMHA. The owner will be notified of the inspection results and given a deadline to correct the items noted as “Fail.”
