The lottery for vouchers is always open. Visit CMHAs website (www.cmhanet.com) to apply. Each housing community operates from it's own waitlist. Visit http://cmhanet.com/OtherHousing/Communities for a list of communities. For subsidized housing, contact the affordable housing communities and ask if their waitlist is open and instructions on how to apply.
