Yes u can sit out side and u can bri g ur pet while u eat out side was just there in December and it was warm that day there was folks outside and a couple with there dog
The food they serve at that location is not good enough for a dog.
If you look at it on google maps it lets you basically act like youre walking in there is a patio thats enclosed. You'd have to ask about dogs though.
Hamilton Place in Chattanooga does not. Downtown Chattanooga has outdoor seating. Would call abd inquire if pets are welcomed there.
