Yes they are at Pats of it but you must clean up after them. Enjoy your time there.
They are allowed in the park, but I'm not sure about on the beach!? (I would doubt it!)
Dogs are allowed in the park by the beach when there is not a special event. They are not allowed on the beach.
It says on the signs no dogs allowed from my memory.
