I work at ups as a driver helper and every time I call dispatch to be scheduled in for the day, the number doesn’t ring or on some occasions it says the user is busy. Idk what to do

I had a package that was sent second day air. It took approximately 14 days to receive this critical package of medications. Trying to call UPS at this facility and Nationwide is a joke. I drove to this facility and that wasn't any better. This company needs a lot of help. Too much being shipped these days. I was not impressed with customer service.

I dont know of any direct line to call sorry
