1 of the female trainers (shorter black hair) tried to take over the leg press that I was about to use. I walked away from the machine to grab a wet paper towel to wipe the machine down before using it. I approached her to tell her (In a normal respectful manner) I was using the machine and then I apologized due to her having to find a different machine to use with her client. She gave me such an attitude. Top notch equipment, but not a friendly place.

This is a good place to get a workout in. They have free weights, machines, cardio equipment, trainers available and are open early, I get there around 5am.

Big gym plenty of equipment. cardio area is decent arc trainers, step machines, treadmills. Spinning cycle room in the back and open room for groups classes. Dedicated area for pulling a sled, and Trx setup and rack of kettle bell weights.

I would suggest you call them directly. I know the YMCA has something similar to that, but calling them is something you should do.
Yes, we do have showers in our facility. But, at this time the shower area is closed due to Covid-19 restrictions implemented by the state of Rhode Island.

If you want to join they will let you come in and check the gym out .
