I called the customer service number to schedule a pick up for a missed attempt, had to make 3 calls and was given 3 different answers on each call. Went to the Warwick location to pick up my package (per the instruction of the rep on the THIRD call I placed) The FIRST trip there was told I was given wrong info, package wasn't there yet. SECOND trip, next day, waited 45 minutes while they searched for my package and was told they LOST IT. THEN THEY CHARGED ME a $7.99 pick up fee for a package I NEVER RECEIVED. Now I need to deal with the frustration of contacting the shipper to resolve the issue. I've never in MY LIFE HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE AS I'VE HAD WITH UPS. They are the WORSSSSSTTTT in the business. This is the norm for them, not the first time I've gone through this 👎

Horrible customer service. Fails to deliver because they say my street is not real. Due to their failure they want to make me pay a fee to pick up in store. Worst excuse for a shipping center ever.

EDIT:once I did receive my package, one of my makeup products was opened and used. That is a health risk. Several other customers in these reviews also received open products. This center disgusts me. If it was possible I would give them zero stars I’ve been trying to get a package delivered for about six days and they just refuse to deliver it even though I signed the little papers for it I tried to explain to them that I am on the second floor and I cannot hear when they knock and they refuse to deliver it

DRIVERS FROM THIS FACILITY ARE TERRIBLE. I have had nothing but issues receiving packages from here. Wether i am home all day waiting for a package to walk out to throw out trash and seeing a label on my door saying i “missed” the delivery. Which was never attempted as I was home all day. To watching a driver walk to my door with JUST THE LABEL to put it in the door and leaving. Now i cannot find a package that was “delivered” into a locker that i received no information for.

I had a package that was sent second day air. It took approximately 14 days to receive this critical package of medications. Trying to call UPS at this facility and Nationwide is a joke. I drove to this facility and that wasn't any better. This company needs a lot of help. Too much being shipped these days. I was not impressed with customer service.

They don't care that the driver lied they'll just say well you didn't hear him or you left the house it's happened to me more than once sign up for ups and it shows you where the driver is they have GPS in the truck
If you use the UPS app and are a MyChoice member (free), you'll be able to request a delivery time change (if possible).
Saturday hours are 10am -1pm. You can schedule an appointment with a Notary Public at the UPS store on Warwick Ave. I am unsure about the center on Plan Way
They have the boxes there for you to purchase
As long as you had the package directed to the UPS center by calling the 1-800 number go online to the site and request that the package will be sent to the UPS center
Get a deck box, leave a note for your delivery drives to put pkgs in box. Also keeps them dry should it rain.
Yes it is 10 to 1 but make sure you ask because each customer Connor has different hours. We are coming on holidays and there is extended hours on Saturdays
