Call police about a situation at my residence,,been iver 1hr.ne response, I am a senior will medical issues, Why is it the neighbor called the other day, about fullishness, the police came at once. Where are my rights & protection.

Yes, I agree with the gentleman who responded to you, Carol. The police aren't going to rush to a little argument you may have had. They're like the triage in an emergency room; the more "dangerous" or potentially dangerous situations come first.
