We moved into Ships Watch apartments almost a year ago. It has been a positive experience! The apartments are beautiful and spacious! Jill the property manager is very nice and helpful, Bob the maintenance manager is great, very responsive! We enjoy living here!

I cannot recommend Ship's Watch Apartments enough!! I moved here in 2019 for 3 years of grad school and have had a phenomenal experience living here. Jill, Property Manager, is always extremely kind and attentive. She replies to emails promptly and has been so understanding with my family throughout COVID-19. We lost our source of income and were working with my financial aid office and Jill was always understanding and willing to work with us. Bob, Head of Maintenance, has been very friendly and always loves chatting and petting my dog! He is quick to respond to issues and always does a thorough job. (Thanks, Bob!) We moved to New England without visiting first and are so happy we chose Ship's Watch! I was worried about snow maintenance (moved from the desert) but they have plows out quickly and the sidewalks are consistently salted. The property itself is beautiful and they have planted flowers asap in the Spring (which I know is a very minor detail but they make a big difference!) and I think it speaks to how meticulously the property is cared for. I highly, highly recommend living at Ship's Watch Apartments!

I moved in a couple years ago and ever since this is the one place I love coming home to. I feel safe and comfortable, management is wonderful and maintenance has always taken care of any apt. issues within a reasonable time. The property here is beautiful and clean and plenty of parking plus there are several amenities within like the pool and gym room and a community room I would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly environment to look to Ship's Watch for your next home.
