To my knowledge they care for exotic pets and rescue injured and/or abandoned wildlife probably to either send to a refuge or release back into their habit, but do not believe they are shelter for abandoned pets. For that you should try the Animal Rescue League in Boston.
I would call first but i dont see why they wouldn't.
