Yes they most definitely will . They have no only seen mine but right away knew what was wrong . Best exotic vet around in my opinion .
Call and ask them. I don't see any reason why not. They are attached to an Animal Sanctuary that has several turtles native to the US. The vets are very knowledgeable.
