Well jon let me tell you something really quick.its called customer service.if you cant grasp that you should not be in any customer service industry. Quite frankly i really dont care about you taking it personally. Learn how to run a store and listen to costumers. I can frankly put way more information about wait times and taking a 30 minute ride to the storefront just to be informed that the product in no longer available. So grow thicker skin and take the good with the bad.
