Unfortunately, we accept all forms of Humana EXCEPT the HMO Gold Plus at this time. We do offer self-pay rates that are very reasonable if you are not able to find a physician in the area that you can see in-network. We recommend that you contact Humana to obtain a list of physicians that do accept your specific plan. I do not know that answer but Wanda in the office is wonderful and can answer that question for you. I love this place! The doctors are fantastic!
