My grandmother recently passed away. The whole extended family was able to come down and say their goodbyes and she hung on until my brother and I made it down and passed very peacefully that night at 2am. My grandfather set things up with these folks beforehand and the nurse called them around 3am shortly after she arrived. The director or some upper management position called my grandfather shortly after to offer condolences and update him on the time until the folks would arrive to take my grandmother. The folks who arrived were very professional, well dressed, and thoughtfully planned how to get Grammy out of the house. I felt the team was so professional I wanted to share our experience and give them a great review. Thank you very much to you and your team Florida Direct.
