Too long in waiting room for short and ineffective visit that is often with an assistant and not a doctor. High copay. Third visit. Nothing done other than ordering more test. Hip pain shouldn’t be such a mystery…

While I have not yet met with the doctor, her front office receptionist Grace was incredibly delightful to deal with. Not only did she listen to my issue, but based on what I shared, matched me with the right doctor who she thought might be able to help. It is rare that front office staff do anything more than schedule and tell you where to send paperwork, but Grace went well above and beyond. She really did give me a hope and make my day!

Always late on appointment times. At least 20-30 minutes, sometimes an hour late. Better find a more punctual Dr, there are plenty out there, this office is not.

I'm not a patient, but I am the driver for one. I simply don't understand that even though there are bad reviews about the wait times, dating back over four years old, the wait time is still 1.5 to 2 hours! Inefficiency or greed?
