DO YOU TAKE OPTIMUM INSURANCE WITH A REFERRAL FROM MY PCP
Hello, Robert. We are not in-network with Optimum, but are able to see patients if they have a referral from their Primary Care Physician with an authorization for their visits (so the patient visit's are covered). Please let us know if you have any other questions.
