Why is it that you can't even call to find out how long the wait is? The very rude feminine guy that answered the phone would not yell me anything about the wait time, or how many people are there, or even let mer speak to a manager. Unprofessional

Hospitals don't have want times listed, noone knows when a patient is going to get better or if a dire emergency is about to happen. Let me know when you find a hospital that'll tell you an accurate wait time.

The wait time is determined by both staffing, and current patient population, but most importantly by the severity of your personal complaint. If whatever your issue is that can withstand the delay it takes you to inquire about wait times, then the issue may be more reasonable to take to an urgent care rather than an Emergency Room.
