i am trying to do the application and all it says is it didnt work 500 error is something wrong with the website i really needed to do this application i need housing bad please help

I have been trying since 8 am and keep getting same message.something is wrong with the program or they dont want to take applications!!! This is a scam and not nice i am trying to enter the application for someone eho can use thid program phone calls automated and no one answers! There should be a link right away to apply online there is none!!!! When i try to read it goes down tried also www.dbhonline.housingmanager.com nothing but error messages!!!! You guys need a good computer programer or he or she does not know what they are doing!!! Never has this happened to me with any housing application!!!! You should be ashamed you waste peoples time!!!!!
