This place needs to be closed & merged with Broward County. DO NOT trust caseworker's calculations for your rent portion. They're too worried about the pandemic pay & stimulus money some tenants received. The workers never stay on the job long & the director, Delta had to get her position because no one else stayed around. She's definitely not fit for the position & abusing it. If you ask about the chain of command/who's in charge, She give you the run around as if no one exists, but her. The education requirements to work here is an associates degree...go figure

I have been trying since 8 am and keep getting same message.something is wrong with the program or they dont want to take applications!!! This is a scam and not nice i am trying to enter the application for someone eho can use thid program phone calls automated and no one answers! There should be a link right away to apply online there is none!!!! When i try to read it goes down tried also www.dbhonline.housingmanager.com nothing but error messages!!!! You guys need a good computer programer or he or she does not know what they are doing!!! Never has this happened to me with any housing application!!!! You should be ashamed you waste peoples time!!!!!

Call DBHA and they can inform you of what number you are on the list!
Why when calling there ,they have no ,respect won't answer any questions and nasty ,we r just asking for help
