Do Not Move Into This Place, You See That Profile Picture, It's been 3 or 4 days since last pick up. They charge you 3 fees for garbage, yet this is like the 3rd month we are having this problem. Everything you see online is nothing what you get. The gates haven't worked in probably a year, so people speed in here kids can be playing or you could ne walking, there are no lights around the lake and the sidewalks are cracked. I'm here over 4 years and have complained since I fell 3.5years ago. No change, The pool gates are broken, there are missing lights all over. I once felt safe here and I no longer do. I have had promises made by higher ups but no one fulfilled them. It's all about renting out as soon as people leave. Oh and never be desperate enough to rent a place from a virtual tour, you will not get anything that you think you will. When rent goes up but the service goes down IT'S NEVER WORTH IT. Yes it's a great location but is it worth your safety or that of your kids?????

They came right away to spray for pest control outside, but we still see 1-2 roaches inside. We feel that the spraying may be more effective inside the unit.

Took months to get a leak in the ceiling to be resolved and they still left the damage as is. There’s evidence of mold that they do not wish to resolve. The gate has only been operational for a month since I’ve lived here. $400/mo rent increase is not justifiable for the market average. An increase is not justifiable especially when amenities for living here are not granted.
