My son got a dog from you a few months ago and it has stated snapping at his face and almost attacked him last night. What is the procedure for bringing him back to the shelter. My son just doesn’t feel safe around him any more.

If he wants to try to keep the dog I highly suggest calling Nancy Williams. She's in Manchester and is a dog behaviorist. She's very good. Otherwise he needs to call and make an appt

He is at work all day tomorrow. I could call tomorrow. He has severe anxiety issues and doesn’t trust the dog now. Luckily, a friend was with him and restrained the dog. Too much for him to handle right now.
