And extension of a Community action agency (Human Service program of Carroll county) that opens it doors to the needy. Community members are allowed to shop for whatever they may need two days out the week. There are no income verification, everyone is eligible.

Do you pick up furniture? I have a sofa I would like to donate but no way to get it there

Hi Tammy, second chances does not pick up donations and unfortunately furniture is not an item that they accept.

I would like to drop off clothing. What time are you open for donations?
