The tech that came out was rude, she tried to sell me a service cleaning on my refrigerator for $50 when its free to me because of the worry I have on it. She was dismissive about the problem i was having with my refrigerator & basically said it was my fault. There wasn't a problem. Well there is a problem I had to call again before the water filter was still leaking & wasn't dispensing ice or water anymore. The new tech was helpful & way better then the first.

Professional, courteous and they know their stuff ! Tractor repair and tune ups are reasonably priced in my opinion. They come to you and work on site. That convenience has monetary value. Will definitely continue to use Sears in the future.
