The following review is all completely my own personal opinion based upon my own personal experience with and at Non-Surgical Spine Care Center and their employees. I did not have a good experience at all with them. One of the doctors there bullied me and verbally threatened me. This one doctor is not a man of his word, either. He and a female employee, who I believe was either his assistant and/or the office manager, always had one excuse or another (in my personal opinion, aka lie) when I asked them about certain things. They had, what I consider to be, a large turnover of receptionists. One of the doctors there is in a wheelchair which kept him from being of much help to his patients and the other doctor, I was told by one of his employees, has physical conditions that make it impossible for him to help his patients, if needed. I only ever saw 2 doctors there, I don't know if there are others. I got injured there and 911 had to be called to take me to the hospital. If I could have chosen Zero Stars, I would have. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Worst experience in my life. They are liars and they just want to get you to sign the papers. They sugar-coat things for you and tell you that they will refund you if you are not happy with the service, but when things get serious they show their true face. I had to open a fraud case with my credit card company to force them to refund my money. Their tools and methods are not effective, the pain I had still didn't get better. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with them.

My Boyfriend Randy made an appointment here after finding them online. He received a follow up call. There was talk about that was honest about his inability to pay due to homelessness and that he only had medi-cal and they would help.We made the appointment and We do say that all of the people were sweet and cordial. But,.. forget it if you think Medi- cal will pay for your needs here. The nice Dr was very blunt about this. No medi- cal, period. Got into a conversation about bartering expensive items for service. Thank God This appointment was free. We think we were misled from the internet ads. Please proceed with caution and know that Medi- cal does not pay for any of their services

I have been a patient for only 2 months but after seeing my mom have major back surgery with major complications and being told by my primary care physician, there is a good change I being active like her will eventually need this, I knew that early care might delay or even eliminate this extreme possibility. I have also been under the care of a chiropractor for decades as I am not into meds. However recently my chiropractor indicated I may be having early stages of bone on bone symptoms and he may not be able to do much more. A colleague was laid up pretty badly as he is very physical in his job. I saw him at age 50 in a "walker state" and was taken back. He found this medical group and is night and day today. I felt I have to do something as my mobility is suffering serious limitations on and off although not in extreme pain yet, fortunately for me. You may read other reviews of the sales approach followed a used car sales technique and I have to chuckle as it did a little. HOWEVER, following their directions to the T and not expecting miracles overnight, here 2 months later, I too am night and day! I still have a way to go. I do not sit around like many people might, as I am active where I can reducing fatigue. If you are overweight, you need to recognize the serious negative health affects and take action. I am night and day and I can SERIOUSLY testify this is cause of the team at the Non-Surgical Spice Care center. Thank you team! I hope I continue to respond to treatments although it has been an effort on my part to make every appointment! I am on a mission to not just sit around thanks to you! Great Job, 5 STARS!!!!!!
